GAMEMORPH AI PRIVATE LIMITED (“GameMorph,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates gamemorph.ai, HOrdle, Quantum Chess, and related websites and applications (the “Services”). We are based in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how we protect it, and how you can make a privacy request. The information handled depends on the game, platform, and features you use.
1 Information we collect
Account and contact information. If you create an account or sign in using email, Google, or Apple, we may receive your name, email address, account identifier, and information the sign-in provider shares with your permission. We also collect the details you provide when you contact us, request support, or submit an account closure request.
Photos and game information. If you upload a photo through an available feature, we process that photo. We collect game settings, progress, scores, achievements, moves or guesses, and match or puzzle results as needed to run HOrdle and Quantum Chess and maintain game records.
Technical and usage information. We and our providers may receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device or advertising identifiers, website and app interactions, and crash or performance information. We may infer an approximate location from an IP address. Cookies and similar technologies can record visits and preferences as described in Section 4.
Information from other services. Apple or Google may share information when you use their sign-in features. App stores and analytics or advertising providers may give us installation, diagnostic, usage, or ad measurement information.
We do not ask you to submit health, financial, biometric, or other sensitive information through a game or support request. Please avoid including such information in uploaded photos or messages unless necessary.
2 Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts and gameplay, save progress, show scores, respond to requests, fix crashes, improve the games and website, maintain security, prevent cheating or misuse, and send necessary service communications. We use analytics to understand how the Services perform. Where advertising is enabled, we may deliver, measure, and personalize ads in accordance with your choices and applicable law. We also process information when needed to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
Where consent is required, we request it through the relevant feature or preference control. You may withdraw consent by changing an available setting or contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and a feature that depends on the information may then be unavailable.
3 Information other players can see
Other players can see your player name and score where a game displays them. A photo you choose to make visible through a game feature may also be seen by others. Choose your display name and shared photo with this in mind.
4 Cookies analytics and advertising
Our website uses the Flexible Cookies plugin to present cookie choices. Optional cookies are blocked until you make the applicable choice. You can revisit the website’s cookie preferences or use browser controls to manage cookies.
We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics connected through Site Kit by Google to understand website use. Advertising providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technology to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize ads where enabled. You can use website cookie choices, device advertising controls, and the relevant provider’s settings. You may also contact us about an opt-out right available under applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may nevertheless qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under privacy laws outside India. We will honor an applicable opt-out request.
5 Who receives information
We disclose information to providers that support hosting, storage, sign-in, analytics, diagnostics, security, customer support, and advertising. They receive information needed for their functions. Advertising providers may also collect information using their own technology and process it under their privacy notices. We may disclose information to a platform or licensing partner when necessary to provide a version of a game offered through that partner, to comply with law or a lawful government request, to protect users or our Services, or in connection with a business transfer where permitted by law.
When Indian law requires permission before disclosing sensitive personal data, we seek that permission unless an applicable legal exception applies. We do not publish sensitive personal information supplied to us through a private request.
6 Your choices and privacy requests
You can manage notifications through your device, adjust game settings where available, and manage website cookie preferences. You may ask to review or correct inaccurate information you provided, withdraw a consent, or raise a privacy grievance by emailing contact@gamemorph.ai. We verify an account-related request using an email sent to the address linked to the account. We respond to requests and grievances within the time required by applicable law and explain when we cannot fulfill a request.
To request account closure, email us or use the account closure request page. A verified account closure request starts a 60-day cooling-off period. You may withdraw it during that period. If you do not withdraw it, we close account access after the period ends without requiring a second confirmation. We delete account information other than the identifying information that remains linked to retained game records, subject to applicable law. Removing an app from your device does not itself close the account.
An account closure request is distinct from a request to exercise a legal right to deletion or erasure. If applicable law requires us to respond or erase information sooner, the 60-day account closure period does not postpone that obligation. If you request deletion of retained game records, we will assess the request under applicable law and explain any lawful reason for retaining them.
7 Retention and security
We retain account information while it is needed to operate an active account and during the 60-day account closure period. After account access closes, we retain game records, including scores and game history, linked to the player’s name and account record so that game results and match history remain available and reliable. These records remain personal information. We retain other information only as needed for the purposes stated in this policy or to meet an applicable legal requirement. We review retention and honor a valid deletion request to the extent required by law.
We use encryption for personal information in transit and at rest, together with other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
8 Age requirements
The Services are intended for users aged 13 or older, or an older minimum age where applicable law requires one. They are not intended for children under 13. If you believe someone below the applicable age has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it. Where Indian or other applicable law requires parental authorisation or restricts tracking or personalised advertising for a person under 18, those requirements apply to our handling of that person’s information.
9 Processing outside India and other services
GameMorph processes information in India. A provider may process information in another country. Where Indian law requires conditions for a transfer of sensitive personal information, we transfer it only in accordance with those conditions, including appropriate protection and a permitted contractual or consent basis. App stores, sign-in providers, advertisements, and other independent services have their own privacy policies for their activities.
10 Advertising and Google AdSense
We may use Google AdSense and other third-party advertising services to display advertisements on our website, App, or related services where applicable.
Google and other advertising partners may use technologies such as:
- Cookies
- Device identifiers
- IP addresses
- Web beacons
- Similar tracking or advertising technologies
These technologies may be used to:
- Serve and display advertisements
- Measure ad performance
- Prevent fraudulent or invalid advertising activity
- Limit how often an advertisement is shown
- Provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements, where permitted
- Understand how users interact with advertisements
Third-party vendors, including Google, may place or read cookies on your device or browser, or use similar technologies, as a result of advertisements being served.
Where required by applicable law, we obtain user consent before using cookies or personal data for personalized advertising.
Users in certain regions, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, may be provided with options to accept, reject, or manage advertising and cookie preferences.
You may manage Google advertising personalization through your Google account and device privacy settings.
GameMorph AI does not directly control how third-party advertising providers process information collected through their services. Their use of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.

We may update this policy when our Services, practices, or applicable requirements change. We will post an updated date and provide additional notice where required by law.
